The latest buzz to do rounds in Kollywood is that Prabhu Deva had stopped his 'sweetheart' Nayanthara from signing a Telugu movie. "This is because the actor-choreographer-filmmaker is planning to marry the actress in February 2012," say sources.................
"Though Nayanthara decided to call it a day in cinema with 'Sri Rama Rajyam', she was recently approached by a Telugu producer for a fresh project, which offered a meaty role to her, on the lines of Anushka's in 'Arundhati'," sources maintain.
"So Nayanthara almost made up her mind to sign on the dotted line, hoping to sign off from films with this memorable movie. But Prabhu Deva stepped in and made sure that she turned down the offer, as both are expected to marry in February," they further say.
It said that Prabhu Deva consulted an astrologer recently who advised him to marry Nayanthara before February so that their married life would be smooth and happy. "So the knot will be tied sometime in the middle of February," sources conclude.
