Case against King Khan for Dancing With Scantily Dressed Women

They say controversies do not leave a superstar. And who is a bigger superstar in India than the Badshah, the King Khan of Bollywood , Shah Rukh Khan. Shah Rukh Khan has found himself caught in trouble in Kerala while performing one of his film songs.
................
The Kerala police have registered a complaint against the actor for dancing with scantily clad women. Shah Rukh Khan was there on the 4th of December for the inauguration of some textile showroom. While in the inauguration ceremony he had danced to the tunes of “Chamak Challo” from his latest released film Ra.One.

The police of that state found that Shah Rukh Khan had performed to the song with many scantily clad women. He was charged with a case for the violating the provisions of Indecent Representation of Women (Prohibition) Act 1986.

The police of the concerned state have reported that the cases have been registered both against Shah Rukh Khan and partners of the textile showroom who had helped to organize the function and had invited the actor for the same. The cases have been filed under Sections 3 and 6 of the Indecent  Representation of Women (Prohibition ) act  1986 and also under Indian Penal Code sections 294 (obscene act and songs), and 34 (acts done by several persons in furtherance of common intention).
Ernakulam Judicial First Class Magistrate Mr. A Ijas had asked the police to register cases in relation with this issue.

The cases were asked to be registered against Shah Rukh Khan and the partners of the textile mill. This was done after receiving a petition from a Mathew Saju Pulluvuzhi who was probably present during the inauguration ceremony. Thus, Shah Rukh Khan is in a soup. However only time will tell how thick the soup was, and if at all it was worth all the attention.
